I know its down to core strength but when you’re in pain the last thing you want to do is work out

Suddenly the hormones and exhaustion catch up with me and it all seems to much (that and boobs that suddenly need their own postcode). I’m a few weeks away from delivering number 3 baby and determined to do whatever I can to rest and take it easy this time.

I used to be so into fitness and I had all these plans about exercising post birth with my little one I had to throw out the window. This also came with self esteem battles and I constantly have to choose to love my body for its strengths (being able to create and carry and birth children)
