In an effort to increase engagement and encourage readers to take the time to leave comments and share posts I have decided that ‘good friends’ aka interactive readers will be rewarded. Basically I am buying your friendship! See that is how desperate I am. hahaha. Every month the most involved, interactive and comment loving follower on facebook will receive a special little gift to say Thank you for your time and effort. For the blog I will be doing something similar however the gift giving will be spontaneous and could happen more frequently.
I would also love it if you could follow me at the following places so you don’t miss a thing!! I am starting to get around the web a bit now.
BlogLovin: So you never miss anything exciting.
Facebook: It’s like a fun halfway house between the blog and twitter.
Twitter: Because who doesn’t love to tweet like a bird sometimes!
Instagram: Thanks to Fat Mum Slims ‘photo a day challenge’ I have practically lived here for the past month. It’s been like a second home.
Pinterest: I too love to pin things I’ll never have or make.
Most of all I want everyone to know my blog is a piece of me. It is my digital home and I want my friends and readers to feel welcomed and pop in for a chat.
Leave a comment below and introduce yourself, tell me something about you.
I spend too much time on social media, mostly Facebook. I like Chocolate!
So do I Charmaine! I always get side-tracked and distracted by the lure of social media. And who can willing go past chocolate? Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Thank you for the comment regarding chocolate. Trying to some lose weight this year. However, thank you for reminding me that chocolate is still available and that you have some.
Oh my goodness Caroline I’m so sorry. I would love to lose weight this year as well but chocolate keeps calling my name
Your comment did make me seriously laugh out loud though!
i am putting myself high on my priority list this year to nurture me (long long story) – i love chocolate and a good cup of tea
I think more mums should be putting themselves at the top of the priority list!! We always seem to forget to do nice things for ourselves. Or anything for ourselves for that matter. Oooh a tea drinker, what is your favourite type?
HI! I think I might have met you at a Kidsbusiness Bloggers Brunch last year, or maybe it was that we chatted online beforehand and missed each other on the day. I have a 2 year old darling called Indie and another due to arrive in June. I blog (occasionally) at indiemama.com.au and am also setting up the business side of my freelancing stuff (wordpress consulting and web dev) at the moment, you know, cos of all that free time I have….
We very well could have met at the Bloggers Brunch in Sydney but if I’m being honest there were so many people that in the end I couldn’t put names to faces and faces to blogs.
I will pop over and check out your blog and make sure you let me know when your business is up and running. I seem to do the same – when I have no spare time I’ll just add another time consuming project to mix.
I am a stay at home mum and love using social media. I love posting photographs of my son’s lunchbox on instagram and occassional other treats that i make for him. Reading your blog for the last 2 years and loving every bit of it….
Thank you for sticking around Sapna, this year I am trying to have more family and personal orientated posts on the blog with a great range of giveaways. What is your instagram username?
My name is Jodie, I’m a full time at home Mum and love that I’m able to stay home with my kids
Hi Jodie – I too am very grateful that I am able to stay home with my kids. How old are your children? Boys/girls?
Just wanted to say I enjoy your blog!
Thank you so much Kim. I appreciate the feedback.
Hello gorgeous, I’m sorry I’ve been a terrible bloggy friend. I rarely comment on pages which is naughty of me!
Love chocolate and Mad Mummas xx *pops in another piece of Snack
Love too to HM x
hahahaha that’s ok. I completely get it. I am making more of an effort to give comment love as I got really slack for a while. Thanks for stopping by Bec.
HM is 8 months old now!! Can you believe it? So big. xx
