It happened really fast and I was in a lot of pain and had too much milk. I ended up in hospital with a abscess after a few days. Feeding was very painful but I kept on going. A pump like this could of been so helpful. ]]> By: Shannon http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155826 Thu, 14 May 2015 09:57:56 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155826 Having had my baby 6 weeks early my milk hadn’t come in so I forced to have to take tablets to bring on and then increase my milk supply. When I pumped I only got 10mls at most out of each breast, I gave up after 3 months, it was very stressful. I was told, after I stopped breastfeeding, that the brand and type of pump can actually make a difference. I am hoping not to have these issues with my next one as I am desperate to breastfeed and pump for longer this time ]]> By: Trudy Mylrea http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155821 Thu, 14 May 2015 03:10:52 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155821 I hope I can breast feed my baby that will arrive soon, l I have taken note of all the helpful comments. ]]> By: Becky Downey http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155819 Thu, 14 May 2015 02:39:14 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155819 Finding a comfortable position! ]]> By: Monica S. http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155812 Wed, 13 May 2015 07:54:12 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155812 I was so lucky with breastfeeding..lots of milk, no pain or problems and two babies who latched easily. The only thing that caused any issues was unexpected leakage…yikes! ]]> By: wayne dunning http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155810 Wed, 13 May 2015 06:17:03 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155810 My partner struggled with our first child so this would be really helpful with our second on the way. Being a semi new Dad myself my life has done a full 180. I found it difficult to get the info I needed online about kid friendly places to eat (that were affordable too), good parks with change tables etc. On weekends my partner is in bed suffering badly with Hyperemesis so I’m very weary about how safe and appropriate the places we go to breakfast are. What I have done now is create a Dad blog at http://www.waynosworld.com.au where I article my days as a Dad helping others get the resource’s that I couldn’t find. It also helps if you like pies, as I like to eat lots of them 🙂 ]]> By: Amanda http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155807 Tue, 12 May 2015 20:35:34 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155807 An oversupply of milk that also meant having a flow likened to a torrential flood. ]]> By: Karina N http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155773 Sat, 09 May 2015 22:59:11 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155773 My first was born with jauntice and had a staff infection that saw him admitted to hospital a week old, and consequently he was tired and didn’t suck well on the breast, so I needed to pump milk so he could suck from a bottle to make it easier for him, and to take the pressure of my over-filled breasts! Sadly the pump broke, and I am now due to give birth in 3 weeks and would love to be prepared with a new pump, also as being able to pump milk means hubby can do the dream-feed so I can get some much needed rest! ]]> By: Amelia http://allmumsaid.com.au/bonding-with-your-baby-through-feeding-medela-giveaway/#comment-155764 Sat, 09 May 2015 08:26:37 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=7091#comment-155764 Baby had a snuffly nose after being born which meant she often broke her suction and didn’t latch properly. It was a struggle ensuring she got enough milk and air at the same time, without creating too much wind and gas from gulping! ]]>
