I loathe Australia’s scorching 40 degree summers. Especially since I am originally from the UK and used of milder conditions. A shock to the system!
Love everything. Late night BBQ’s, the surf, sand and the sea, the heat, humidity and even the Summer rain. And yes, even mosquito’s that can be dealt with. Would rather the heat than the cold of revolting Winter any day.
Love every day at the beach under the sublime sunshine, fresh intoxicating smell of the surf, relaxing sounds of the sea, sipping on cool refreshments.
I hate the flies, mosquito’s, blistering sun, muggy humidity, sand in my crack(s) and sleepless nights, but this said I adore the heat, wearing next to nothing, feeling free and easy not being hidden beneath bulky winter woollies, swimming, playing under the sprinkler with the kids, and barbeques up late with friends.
Mosquitos’ I hate them buzzing around my ear at night and getting bitten on the eyelids!

I love the sun, the water, sitting under the stars sipping a nice cool drink, fishing, road trips, waiting for the cool change, the pouring rain and the smell afterward, swimming and the sound of children running, jumping, loving and playing!
I love waking up to the sun streaming in through the window. It’s must easier to get up during summer. But I am not a fan of sunburn. We are all quite pale so I make sure we are sunscreen lathered before leaving the house.
