Having to strictly watch what i eat, (even more than the first trimester), avoiding big portions of food at any meal and refraining from lying down soon after a meal has been awful!
Morning sickness was minimal as i made sure i ate something small and kept hydrated but this is disgusting and I still have 2 more months to go! I’m not sure why, but having the toothbrush in my mouth would make me gag and dry heave.
