Death is something no one likes to talk about. The thought of missing out on seeing loved ones grow up because they are no longer here with us or even worse loved ones having to say good bye to us is not only scary but it is also very daunting.
Did you know that when the unfortunate circumstance strikes and we lose a loved one many of us are not prepared. Mentally or physically. Over 95% of us do not have adequate life insurance cover, leaving behind not only grieving families but also loan debt, funeral expenses and more. Money is the last thing anyone should have to think about after suffering a loss and yet so many still don’t take measures to ensure their family can continue living and take the time they need to grieve.
I have become more aware of many things that I was blissfully naïve to prior to today; these involve the realities of illness, disability and death. It is a lot more common than I ever would have imagined. I can thank TAL Insurance for enlightening me to how I should be more prepared. You can learn more here from TAL Facts of Life.
