Shaving can give me rashes and cuts just like you have stated above. I do really like the sound of HPL. It sounds very innovative and a great way of permanent hair removal. It doesn’t shave as close, but it also doesn’t give me legs that are on fire/itchy for two days afterwards. For some weird reason I get terribly shaving rash with a razor and I’m a wuss about the other hair removal methods!
