]]>Managing my time is something I either excel at or fail ridiculously. Like absolutely hopelessly fail and at the end of the day it depends on how busy I am. Surprisingly it is when I am busiest that I am the most productive and when I know I have plenty of time to work/write/blog I seem to take my sweet arse time. Which of course results in me having to try and play catch up. This is one of the things Kelly Exeter talks about in her book ‘ Your Best Year ’ and I have to agree 100%. The more time you have the more time you waste. ‘ Your Best Year Yet ’ is a self-help book of sorts but not like you expect it to be. While it does share 7 simple ways to shift your thinking and take charge of your life it does so in a way that is quick, easy and straight to the point which is great for those who are stripped of time. She doesn’t make you read a hundred pages for you to walk away and think ‘well that was a waste of time’.

When I began reading this I grabbed a post-it pad so I could take notes of points that caught my eye and before I had even hit chapter 3 I had 7 tags stuck on specific pages with tips and ideas. This didn’t slow down as I read towards the end of the book. While not everything Kelly speaks of resonated with me personally, there were a few light bulb moments that made me stop and think about how I would approach the situation. I want to share so much about this book but feel if I do give you the highlights I will be telling you the whole book so it might be best if you just grab a copy for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. It is available in a few different formats to suit everyone as well because Kelly is a thinker like that – Ebook (PDF & Kindle) and now paperback as well. I am a paperback kinda gal and think there is nothing better than the pages between my fingers. Check out her website and purchase Your Best Year Yet by Kelly Exeter here.

]]>The post Challenging Children: Success with Homeopathy appeared first on All Mum Said.
]]>I have recently finished reading a book that outlines and encourages a drug free approach to the treatment of not only health problems but also emotional issues. Challenging Children: Success with Homeopathy offers hope to everyone living or working with children from page 1. This book is full of inspiration, success stories and the paths they took to overcome and improve the struggles and issues they were experiencing. I love that it is written in a way that every mum and dad will understand; it has been stripped of all the lengthly explanations and scientific jargon leaving only the important information and words you can actually pronounce. Linee Jordan, the writer of Challenging Children understands that parents don’t often get a lot of time to read and has written this book in a way that you can open it up and start from almost anywhere. If you or your children are interested in finding out more about Homeopathy or would like to understand it further this is a great place to start.

Some of the challenges this book shares success stories of include but are not limited to childhood behaviour, developmental delay, emotional problems, highly sensitive children, ADHD, anger, anxiety, autism, fears, bedwetting, delayed speech, nightmares, OCD, separation anxiety, tantrums, allergies, asthma, bedwetting, digestive problems, ENT, eczema, tics and twitches. Challenging Children shows how powerful and effective Homeopathy really is. If you cannot wait for the giveaway to end and want a copy now click over and purchase it here.
