Trying to find interactive games that are educational and fun is often a hard task to accomplish; add in the fact that you want it for a 5 year old and you want them to love it adds another dimension of difficulty. I’m pretty impressed with myself because I have done it! I found a LeapFrog game called Adventure Sketchers for my sons LeapPad, it is innovative and brings their art to life. The kids love that it is interactive and they can record phrases that play in the game and then there is the pictures they create that appear while they are playing.

This is great for on-the-go or if you need 5 minutes quiet and the kids won’t even realise you are benefiting from it (they’ll think you are great for letting them play).  If you are looking for a game that entertains, encourages imagination, story telling and promotes learning then I recommend the LeapFrog Adventure Sketchers!

Before I opened the box and removed the machine I joked to my husband about it possibly being one of those items that you never knew you needed until you had it and as it turns out; this is one of them!! I love that it is ridiculously easy to use, it filters the water to remove impurities (without you having to lift a finger), it is compact, stylish and very practical as it is designed to fit most bottle shapes and sizes. The only thing I would change about it is the volume of the beep as it seems quite loud in the middle of night. This product is going to make parents lives that little bit easier by assisting them to make the perfect bottle for their baby.

I love it when I’m introduced to a new product especially when it is one that keeps the kids (and husbands) amused and occupied. It’s no secret all boys (and a lot of girls I’m sure) love remote control gadgets, planes, stunts, rockets and basically anything else that could possibly fly or hover. When I’m looking for something to entertain my boys or a gift for parties these are type of toy I look for. Air Hogs has been my go to brand for boys for a while now and their Air Hogs Skywinder has not disappointed. It swoops, loops, dives and flies. What more could you want?

It doesn’t use a million batteries which I love! It is perfect for inside use and won’t damage the walls/furniture. It is so unbelievably easy to use, simply pull the trigger and away you go. There is no trying to get it balanced or having to hold it steady, etc. The only downside I found to the Skywinder is that it is made of a foam type material so it isn’t extremely tough but with saying that it is durable enough to cop a beating from the ceiling that we forgot to turn off and come out in one piece – still working perfectly!
