This Thai coconut chicken recipe is very quick and easy to make. It is a fantastic dinner recipe for those that are time poor but still wanting to enjoy a meal that’s full of flavour. This recipe is perfect for all experience levels – from a kitchen wizz to those that are not very skilled in the kitchen or even just learning to cook. It is straightforward with very easy instructions and requires minimal effort.

I also realise that everyone is trying to save money where they can and it is often saved when purchasing groceries. My coconut chicken recipe is budget friendly and requires only 6 ingredients (you could even use less than that if you really wanted). Over the many years I have spent in the hospitality industry  as a chef I have learnt how to create meals that require the minimal effort, are cost effective and are full of flavour. I want to share some of these recipes with you, so you too can enjoy eating delicious restaurant quality foods at home, while sticking to your budget.
