You want Vegemite and jam? Have it. 5 kids I’ve learnt to not stress about lunches, they’ll eat when they’re hungry. ]]> By: May Lee Siow http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160674 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 10:48:45 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160674 To keep my son’s lunch interesting, I will normally give him hot lunches. I would normally cook fried rice for him with different meats and vegetablea but his all time favourite is sliced fish cakes, fish balls and fried egg with some vegetables. Among all the different lunches that I prepare, he always finishes this and asks me to make more for another day’s lunch. We have been lucky that the kinder will warm up his lunches and this thermos one will definitely be handy for him to bring warm food from home when he starts prep. ]]> By: Sapna http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160673 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 10:47:04 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160673 I pack lunch in yumbox for my son & keep it fun by serving variety of food and pack different fruit everyday – I use cookie cutters to add fun shapes and use food picks to keep the lunchbox food more fun. ]]> By: Patricia Payne http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160672 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 10:46:11 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160672 I make them scrolls with leftover Bolognese and they love it! ]]> By: Carly Hessey http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160670 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 10:29:05 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160670 I like to mix things up with an assortment of pickys: corn chips, cherry toms, cheese cubes, olives and mild little twiggys! A humous dip, some carrot sticks, its a party for one. Ingredients may change with the seasons but we always keep it fun! ]]> By: Shannon http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160669 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 10:23:00 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160669 My son only eats peanut butter on sandwiches and that’s not allowed so lunch time is tricky. We have had success with homemade mini pizzas using a homemade pasta sauce full of veg as the sauce. He loves things that are really cold so I freeze bananas and berries for him to dip in to yoghurt. This prize would be amazing for him (and would increase lunch time options!) ]]> By: julie ford http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160667 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 08:44:52 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160667 i love making my kids fresh foods for lunch, salads, soups, creative sandwiches, casseroles just anything that is belly warming and delicious. ]]> By: Tanya Crockett-stebbing http://allmumsaid.com.au/thermos-back-to-school-giveaway/#comment-160665 Mon, 25 Jan 2016 07:12:08 +0000 http://allmumsaid.com.au/?p=8785#comment-160665 I find if I change the meat filling every couple of days as well as different bread and wraps, my children are happy . Day in day out at home or school and an Apple. Boring, boring, boring. But I know it will be eaten. ]]>
