Like many homes around Australia we seem to constantly have ABC for Kids playing in the background and keeping our little ones amused. With the new addition of Toby’s Travelling Circus to the already much loved channel Roadshow Entertainment has released the new kids ABC For Kids DVD Toby’s Travelling Circus: Roll Up. Roll Up!
There has been a lot of excitement in our house over this release and I admit it’s not only from the kids. The fun and engaging animated series is aimed at pre-school children however it is enjoyed by older and younger ages. The DVD consists of 8 episodes full of circus fun and antics which means it is great for keeping your kiddies amused when you need that 5 minutes of quiet time, well it’s actually 80 minutes if you want to get excited too. My boys (aged 5 & 7) have been watching this on repeat and at $19.95 this is a great investment! It has only recently hit the shelves (5th March) and is proving very popular.
Toby at age 7, is the worlds’ youngest ringmaster and leads his circus as it travels on exciting adventures. Toby and his friends teach and learn how to make the impossible possible while overcoming hurdles and putting on a fantastic show every night.

In the Circus, I’d be the ticket seller in the booth. Having expert experience dealing with kids especially when they all fire a million questions at me at the same time. “OK, just one at a time. Next please”.
I would be the organiser! I love organising events, but have total phobia about public speaking/performing!
If I was on a circus I would be an acrobat or trapeze artist.
Most of my experience in recent years is cleaning up after pets and kids so I’d likely be the cage cleaner.
Clown. I keep everybody here in stitches with how often I trip over my feet and dropping things, plus I know some REALLY bad jokes. Also, with how frizzy my hair is in the morning, I won’t need a wig.
I would be the Ringmaster, I love being the centre of attention and controlling and revving up the crowd would be my ideal
I’d be a Lion Tamer because lions are a bit like some people – rough, guarded and unapproachable on the outside but when you get to influence and get closer to them you can help bring out their beautiful, sweet and soft inside!
I’d be a juggler of things big and small

There are days when juggling will leave me stressed
But in the circus (just like in life) I’ll try my best!
I would love to an ribbon acrobat and twirl and swing like in cirque de soleil.
I would love to be a trapeze artist, you need a special talent to do this, love to see the thrill of the audience responding to my peformance and I have always wanted to fly and feel free like a bird, and this would be the closest, I would get to it.
I’d love to work with the animals behind the scenes to make sure they are being treated well and not overworked. I’m a big animal lover and I prefer not to go to a Circus with animals because I’ve heard so many bad things about how they are treated.
I would be the lion tamer, I know how to control someone who is a little unruly and out of control…I have 4 kids after all!
A juggler with 4 kids, hubby , jobs in and out of the home i already have it down .

I would love to be the person who trains the elephants to do great tricks
I’d be a great Spruker trying to convince people to see various acts but in reality I feel I’d be the one who kept the animal cages clean 😉
Clown –

Red nose with thick floppy shoes,
Comic character performance,

Satisfying the audience with roars of laughter!
I’d be the clown because I’m always told that I’m funny and crazy

To give people a show, from my great ‘fish face’ to my walking on my knees act, id have everyone amazed at my talents!

I think I’d be good as the Ring Master with one of those mega phones because at home I’m always the one talking(or yelling?) to get everyone’s attention! Maybe I should get a mega phone for at home……

Well, as I feel at the moment after changing 100s of nappies, I’d be the elephant pooper scooper! I’m up to my neck! LOL

I would of course be a clown cause I am funny.

Haha Head Clown. I am super clumsy and can fall over a flat surface better than anyone I know. I certainly couldnt be a trapeeze artist with my co-ordination 😛

definitely the trapeze artist as i am graceful, slim, look awesome in tights/leotards and i would make the whole crowd swoon with delight and awe and amazement and their cheering for me would bring the big top down (can you tell what i am saying is not me in real life, only in my imagination lol)
My nieces and nephew are learning circus tricks such as playing the Euphonium whilst riding a Unicycle. They would love this
I’d be the animal handler because I’m used to wrangling small children so it couldn’t be that much harder, plus I love animals and my 2-year-old animal lover would be so proud of me.
