Water Wipes Review + GIVEAWAY

27/11/2013 By All Mum Said 35 Comments

You may have come across Water Wipes before whether it be in a store or online but I had never heard of them until a couple of weeks ago. I received an email asking if I was interested in trying and I’ll be honest I was sceptical but hopeful. I say sceptical because when you hear of baby wipes that are 99.9% water quality doesn’t exactly come mind. I envisioned paper thin wipes that fingers poke holes in whilst wiping bub clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing quality of the Water Wipes. They are thick, extra soft and non-greasy. They are actually thicker than the well-known brand of wipes I have used for each of my babies. These wipes are the world’s most pure wipes made from only 99.9% water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract and absolutely nothing else. These are absolutely wonderful for babies of all ages especially those with sensitive skin as they are non-irritating and ultra-mild. I love these natural wipes and will be definitely be purchasing more of them. They are available at your local Coles and Bi-Lo for $6.99. If you would like to try some enter the giveaway below.

To enter all you have to do is follow the instructions on the rafflecopter below. Winner is decided based on skill and chance plays no part. Australian residents only! Sorry everyone else. **The mandatory instructions MUST be completed or your entry will be void!**

When I was in hospital after giving birth to baby girl, I asked midwife what I should pay attention to while changing nappies for a girl. She told me that I’d better use just small soft cloth with water to clean the poop because most wipes have nasty chemical more or less. However, I find this way is not convenient when I’m out and I still have to use wipes. These water wipes are made from only 99.9% water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract, which sounds fantastic to me. I really wish give it a go.

Love wipes, I use them all the time for the kids, cleaning and everything else you can think of. Tried a different brand last time and my son who has very sensitive skin ended up with a red rash. So I need to watch wich ones to use on him. These water wipes sounds brilliant have not seen them where I shop, but I will be on the lookout for them now on. Would love to try them out on my son.

My poor girl is always getting nappy rash when I use regular or even the hypoallergenic wipes. I have resorted to making my own wipes, but with a bub and house to take care of, time doesn’t come freely to me. These would be an absolute life saver!

My daughter suffers from several intolerances as well as eczema. Many things (including baby wipes) can trigger a break out on her delicate skin. Water Wipes would mean I could leave the house without packing pre-cut moistened Chux everywhere I go!

My entire family is prone to dermatitis,
So we use natural products free of perfume and dye,
I never knew there was such a pure type of wipe,
They are certainly something we’d love to try!

Even big girls could use these! I want to win these for myself.. I would be using them to wipe and touch makeup among other things. I think I would leave them in the fridge over summer and use them on hot nights..

I’d like to try different brand of wipes, mostly I’ve just bought a major brand as I knew they would be good quality, but it would be good to know if there was a cheaper option that was still comparable in quality.

I should win because I hate the current brand we’re using, be nice to have a quality product that’s thick and delivers on all it says it will.

I would like to try these to see how thick they really are, there is nothing worse then sticking your finger thru the wipe and getting a unpleasant surprise

My daughter has eczema, It’s real bad indeed,
Come nappy change time her bum starts to bleed.
Chemical wipes have always been out
The pain and the sting would cause her to shout.
So cloth wipes and water and all of that tosh
It always adds up to one extra wash
but with disposable wipes all made of water
Nappy change time would be great for my daughter!

I’m really careful with what I feed my children but I also need to be really careful with what I put on their skin, natural only here. I haven’t tried Water Wipes yet, maybe they might just become my new regular brand.
