Food is such a nuisance isnt it?? LOL. I used to cook a lot when I had grandkids come to stay each week. In fact cooking was sometimes part of what we did in the day. They LOVED helping with mixing and then eating cupcakes and other items. I am about to cook ANZACS today because my hub loves them and I add some nuts to the mix now to add to the protein intake.

I love baking. I wanted to make some delicious brownies yesterday but my kids had eaten all the ingredients – again! I can’t keep them out of my pantry.

I have always struggled with banana bread. I love it but mine always turns out like a brick. I think I’m too impatient to wait for the bananas to ripen!

I think I might need to do the homemade pie one. We often keep a $4 pack of Coles ones in the freezer for lazy days and they’re ok. Made the mistake of assuming the $4 Woolies ones were too and yuck – they were practically liquid inside. I was happen when one dropped on the floor haha.
