Week commencing (31/03/2014)
Monday: Quesadilla with avocado and red onion salad. Tuesday: Prawn and calamari fettuccine . Wednesday: Chicken skewers, rice and salad. Thursday: Sausages and vegetables with mash potato and onion gravy. Friday: Teriyaki chicken stir-fry on rice. Saturday: Nachos Sunday: Chorizo and bacon gnocchi bake.
I hope you have been inspired or at least found something a little different to your usual meals. I will be adding some recipes over the coming weeks as well because it has been a while since I have done so.
