This Tomato, Bacon and Basil Soup recipe is so quick and easy to make. Best of all it tastes delicious while being extremely budget friendly! Let me just say that my youngest loathes tomato and I mean to the point of he will find/taste the tiniest piece hiding and pull/spit it out. He loved this soup!!   *It can be made with canned tomato (whole peeled, crushed, pureed, etc) or fresh peeled tomato. Both taste as good as each other! This Pork Belly recipe isn’t as quick as the others I have posted previously however it is delicious and tender. My Thyme and Lemon pork belly recipe is so worth waiting for! It is extremely mouth-watering and aromatic. It will become a regular on your menu at home. The juices are flavourful and the pork melts in your mouth! Thyme and Lemon Pork Belly Recipe      Ingredients 1kg x pork belly, boneless (score the skin) 2 x tsp chunky garlic 2 x tsp thyme 2 x tbs Lemon juice 1.5 tbs x oil 1x tsp salt  Method 1.  Mix garlic, thyme, lemon juice and oil together. 2.  Rub over pork belly (both sides) and marinate for minimum 1 hour.  We are all busy these days and it is always good to have some quick meals as a back up. My chilli and chorizo fettuccine recipe is quick, easy and budget friendly. Prepared, cooked and on the table in under 20 minutes! Chilli and Chorizo Fettuccine Recipe Serves 4 Ingredients 3x chorizo sausages 1x small onion 1x tbs chunky garlic 1.5x tbs basil 1 tsp – 1 tbs x chilli (depending on how spicy you like it!) 400g fettuccine 1x jar of Dolmio pasta sauce (you can make the Nap sauce if you prefer) 1x tsp sugar (this prevents the sauce going bitter)   Method 1.  Boil water for pasta. 2.  Dice onion, slice chorizo and fry. 3.  Add fettuccine to water only when it is boiling. 4.  Add garlic, basil and chilli to chorizo and onion. 5.  Cook it off, you will smell amazing aromas as they entwine. 6. …
