I wasn’t exactly sure how to begin this post as I don’t generally (make that ever) talk about pelvic floor exercises. It didn’t really occur to me that it should be spoken about – to some extent anyway. They are such an important exercise for women.
I was sent a new product designed to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. I was intrigued but a little hesitant. I wasn’t sure how this was going to end. Looking at this ball contraption I was thinking what if it gets stuck?
Yes the ball goes ‘in’ you similarly to a tampons position. But in the end I risked complete and utter embarrassment and disaster and gave this a go. I am happy to report – no disastrous hospital visit and I am quite liking the fact when doing my kegel exercises I can feel that it is getting the correct work out down there.
I have been using the 28g weight ball and I love it. It is so simple and easy to use (once you get over the initial mentioned fear!) The Laselle Kegel Exercisers come in 3 weights so you can choose the weight that is right for you. 28g, 38g and 48g. They are perfect for women of all ages, pre-pregnancy, post pregnancy, I think you get the idea. I think every woman should have one, they are the most effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor.
I have 3x of the Kegel Exercisers from Intimina to give away to 3 very lucky readers.
Valued at $19.95 each

I’m a little obsessed with my kegels. I’d like to win so I can challenge myself to the next level. (LOL!) I know, so many other muscles I could focus on… but this sounds hilarious and I would love to try it!!

I did not realise until my 19 week midwife appointment last week that you are meant to do pelvic floor exercises AFTER you give birth as well as before. My daughter is 22 months old! Thus I understood clearly what had happened when I coughed at the radiographers that very same morning and for the first time ever…..GAH!!!! That’s why I need to win

Following via GFC and NB, also liked you on FB and shared on FB but please don’t ask me to share my real name cos I don’t want everyone to know what happened last week 😉

I want to win because I’ve just had a shocking head cold and realised during a fit of coughing that my pelvic floor wasn’t as strong as It should be (and as i thought it was)
I would like to win to improve my ‘dance’ moves!! After 4 kids the horizontal mumbo just ain’t what it used to be, and I would like to improve this for my poor husband who loves to ‘dance’ lol!!

After 4 children id like to be able to cough without doing the crossed legs dance that goes with it!
I want to win simply because I have had 4 kids. I want my own body back to the way it was when I was 18. Starting with my Vagina. My fat belly can come second.
