Before we get to Meal Plan Week 18 – 2014 I want to share what’s been going on. With school holidays keeping me busy this week and my sister visiting I have been enjoying life. I have loved being able to take each day as it comes without having to plan or structure it BUT in all honesty I cannot wait for the kids to start back at school on Tuesday. They are doing my head in with their petty fighting and the fact it has been raining has made them a little stir crazy. I’m sure they’ll be happy to see the end of holidays as well. Anyway the blog will be back with some exciting recipes and stories this week so stay tuned!!
Meal Plan Week 18 – 2014
Week commencing (28/04/2014)
Monday: Garlic chicken balls with pasta and vegetables.
Tuesday: Going out for dinner!! Woohoo. (First time in waaaaaay too long).
Wednesday: Crumbless chicken parmigiana with mash and vegetables.
Thursday: Pumpkin soup with bread rolls.
Friday: Crumb steak with chips, salad and mushroom sauce.
Saturday: Chorizo and bacon gnocchi.
Sunday: Grilled chicken, rice and salad.
