Stationery Lovers! WIN the New Frixion 3 Wood Pen
Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a stationery lover! Whether it is pretty paper, notebooks or the perfect pen, I MUST have them.
So naturally when I received an email from Frixion telling me about their new 3 in 1 metal and wood pen launch, I couldn’t say no.
Frixion 3 Wood Pen
The Frixion 3 wood is an erasable pen that adds the old school three colour combination pen with a sophisticated appearance. With red, black and blue in one retractable pen; you don’t need to worry about carrying various ball-points at once because you have everything you need.
I will be honest and say that the nib is thinner than what I typically like. It is a 0.5mm where I prefer 1.0mm. That is not to say I don’t like the pen though because it still writes smoothly and if I make an error when writing a letter or note, I can simply erase it and rewrite.
I love how stylish the Frixion 3 wood is. It adds a bit of fanciness to what would normally be a very boring item. The pen isn’t too large and fits comfortably in your hand when writing and the retractable colours move quickly and easily. Thought has been put into the making of the new 3 in 1 pen and it definitely shows!
Available from Officeworks for RRP $31.45. There is also a metal version that instead of woodgrain features a padded grip, these RRP $24.50. If you would like further information, visit pilotpen.com.au.

I love these Frixion pens, I remember the first one I got and being amazed at the erasability of it! These wood look ones are jazzy indeed with all the fun of the original 3 colour pen! Who doesn’t dig funky new stationery!?
I look for quality and a pop of colour to keep me from losing it, and must have a comfortable grip and a smooth feel.
I look for good quality pens that are comfortable to grip. I do a lot of writing and there’s nothing worse than getting sore hands from hard pens
I look for something with a medium nib that writes softly, not so hard that it rips the paper. On this note, I don’t buy stationary, I help myself in the work stationary cupboard 🙂
Pretty paper in gorgeous colours, with a plain yet gorgeous motif. And with pens, I adore gel ink in a funky colour that no one else has.
I always look for quality and performance, making sure the stationary lasts the distance.
I’m a sucker for good stationery and always look for thick, quality paper and funky designs
I look for quality and ease of use as is with these Frixion 3 wood pens, Thanks Frixion for a stunning giveaway.
I look for vibrant colours, handy design and superb quality 🙂
I look for stationary that is simple and classic. Clean, elegant, thick quality paper with a simple border, my Monogram, that makes my message that much more impactful and leaves my reader thinking good things about me, I hope!
I look for elegance and beauty – a symbol of craftsmanship and qaulity
When i look for stationary i definitely look for innovative designs & colours that pop ! I think that keeping organised with a colourful selection of pens, pencils, etc will definitely motivate me and put me in a positive mood to work.
These stylish pens will make my writing a breeze.
I look for a quality brand I trust and know.
Pens have to be ‘just write’!
Notebooks need to look good in my ‘pad’!
Above all they have to be good quality, not just a passing fad. 🙂
These pens are stylish and functional. They’d make a great Father’s Day present if I could bear to part with them!
Quality. We’ve brought lots of cheaper items in the past, but at the rate we were replacing them it was costing more than just buying the better quality version.
I’m ashamed to say I go for cuteness factor. This probably explains why I have a lot of stationery that looks pretty but isn’t very functional or fit for purpose. These pens look like the perfect combination of both, and I love a fine nib!
I love items that are unique, fun colours, interesting textures. I also love buying stationary as gifts!
Love Frixion Pens! I look for quality, well known brands that I can trust. I don’t mind spending a bit more for a good brand. There is nothing worse than pens that won’t write properly!
I hate poor quality scratchy pens. They have to glide along the page. I find my handwriting is much neater.
I’m a sucker for novelty stationary and smelly pens. I’ve loved them since I was a kid.
I love these pens! They would be a great gift for my daughter who wants to become a writer! 🙂
I look for quality and useful items that’s will help me in my office
Reliability- Nothing worse than grabbing a new pen and it doesnt work straight up
Durability- I always loose them between the seats and cushions in the lounge and car, will it stand up to the ‘sit on test?’
Function- Must and I mean must leave a clean trail of ink on the paper
Anti blister- Am i going to get a blister from a poor grip or texture?
Yes! all Yes answers I have found my new pen!!

Combine Frixion with the brightest paper possible and I’m in 7th heaven. No-one will forget MY notes.
How fancy for a manageable price
I look for good quality but at a reasonable price, especially for the kids in school.
I look for bright eye catching colours and designs, if you’re going to have stationery there’s no point in making it boring
I always look for something that is good quality and that lasts.
Stationery is my weakness, I love anything with ink! Pens that roll smoothly, with a comfortable grip, stylish barrel and easy to click! Writing fatigue is a real danger when you’re writing extensive notes for Uni – and little fingers always find their way into my collection so I can never have too many pens!
I look for comfort and also the colour
I look for pens that flow and are easy to write with. I also love writing in colour!
colourful or natural i dont care as such, as long as its stationary i can look at and touch, all different types of pens and inks and notebooks is what i adore, and when i see or get new stationary I am like a child in a candy store for sure 🙂
I look for environmentally friendly options with as less plastic packaging as possible =)
Quality made and refillable is ideal, less waste and better value. I love the Frixon range especially the erasable pens.
I really go for quality as hate pens that go blobby. Style is important too. Was told by a friend about the erasable pen from Frixon and haven’t looked back
I look for quality, performance and price because these are all very important to the standard of work you present.
I always like to feel the pen in my hand. It gives me an indication of quality. Then I do a writing sample on some quality paper too. It’s amazing what a great pen and quality paper will do for handwriting.
Whether the ink will run, the colour AND how it writes
I like to look for functionality and originality, I want my stationery to stand out amongst the crowd.
Wow great pens never seen them before
Stationery for my use at home,
I pick fancy so I don’t moan.
No boring paper or pens,
I want style for letters I sends!
Stationery for my work,
usually functional so no one does lurk…
borrowing pens and bits that belong to me,
and never returning the same back to me!
Value – good price for what you get. Something good quality / will last. Something a bit different too!
I do a lot of writing and sketch work and love quality tools….these pens are amazing….and quite novel
How a pen writes. I can’t stand blobby ink or when it writes too ‘thick’. Also, I’m vain and just like the looks too.
I look for quaity and price
To be honest I’m not that picky; if it looks pretty and I think I might be able to use it – I want it. I love writing, and all things crafty, so anything cute, bright, stylish, unique or useful……..and I’m happy 😉
I look for something I know works and something to suit the job, whether I’m looking for artistic or just standard.
I look for stationary that is not only practical but also looks cute,
I like unique designs but also pay decent money for good quality.
Nothing worse than running out of ink when writing.
I look for something that is stylish and a fun.
Style with class is what I want in a pen, something I readily recognise as mine when it goes waltzing off with someone else
quality of colour, the lasting of the ink, a good looking product that appeals to the eye, and all at a price that doesn’t break my bank
Love love love stationary and im passionate about products using renewable items ! Win win in my book
Comfortable in the hand,
And of quality, I’m a fan!
No pen that is sporadic,
These look fantastic!
I’m sick of my partner always stealing my pens
we all know, after the lighter, pens are the most
stolen items out there!
I’d love to win these so the kids can give them to
their dad so he has no reason to keep pinching!
I look for quality as it need to feel comfortable when I’m writing for long periods of time!
I look for stationery. Absolutely anything considered stationery will somehow make it in my basket, I don’t discriminate! 😉
I think I’m an addict… or I’m just stocking up on materials to write thousands of letters to my ‘pen pals’- yea, I’ll go with that.
Most the stationery I buy is for the kids so generally cheap and practical. For a treat I choose whatever I like the look of.
