What a week! {Mummy Mondays}

What a crazy week we have just had!

I have been flat out tying up loose ends at work before I go away for the holidays. I cannot even describe how much I am looking forward to getting away and just enjoying some time with my family with no work commitments. Some time to just breathe and soak it all in, it will be amazing!

Tropical Cyclone Debbie hit and majority of my family were in the direct path of her. They are all safe and I hope everyone else up in Queensland that is suffering from the destruction and effects of the natural disaster are safe and haven’t lost their homes to flooding and damage.

    Where are you off to? Have a wonderful time – and I’m glad your family were ok. It’s been terrible.

    Oh what a worry that must have been for you watching the awful scenes unfold from the Cyclone. It has been horrendous. I am glad you are going to have a break and hope it’s just the perfect thing for you and the family.

    Life as usual over Easter for me I’m afraid! Although I am starting a new contract in a different type of role to what I usually do work-wise, so that will be a fun challenge. The rest of my time will be all about Lego Batman, Minecraft and feeding my perpetually hungry children I suspect. I hope you enjoy your break 🙂
