You have probably seen the ads on TV about Disney On Ice doing it annual tour of Australia. Perhaps you have wondered if it is actually worth going. Well we went last year and I can tell you, it was so worth it!!
Disney On Ice 2016
There were so many Disney characters taking the stage, or more specifically the ice. From Mickey and Minnie Mouse to Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty, there was a favourite to make everyone happy.
This year is expected to be even better with the new arrival of the Frozen cast. Our princess fan cannot wait! Not so secretly, neither can I.
Last year Tangled characters took to stage and the kids watched in awe as Rapunzel flew around in the air by her magnificently long hair. The songs and dancing are just wonderful and it is hard to not get excited when you see them all re-enacting our favourite Disney fairy tales.
Expect to be whisked away in the fun, excitement, adventure and action as the skaters take us on a journey. This is a show for every one of all ages, men and women, kids or no kids! If you have the chance to go and see Disney On Ice this year, then DO IT! You will not regret it.

I love Disney and would love to win because it’s how I hold onto my childhood. When I was growing up Disney taught me how to dream, how to be myself and also to realise that anything was possible. I would have to say my favourite character would be Princess Tiana. Firstly she’s beautiful and secondly, even though people tried to crush her dreams, she still kept her head up until she fulfilled them!
Mulan, she is a strong young woman who stands up for what she believes in, defies the odds, and is a hero.
My favorite character is Cinderella,
Because I can relate.
Do the laundry, sweep the floor,
Clean the dishes, don’t be late.
Not that I mind or care at all,
It is rewarding, sweet and funny.
And everything is worth it,
When the dictators call you mummy.
Mickey Mouse, my parents grew up with him, I grew up with him and my kids will grow up with him. He’s Disney in the most original, everlasting way.
For memories and time with my children. This would be fabulous indeed.
