Parenting with heart and soul

christmas giveaway 2014

2x WINNERS!!

Each Prize Contains: 1x Parenting with Heart & Soul by Kelly Burch (Book). RRP $17.00. (Total prize pool: $34.00)

I’ll be the first to say I am not a mum who reads parenting books or even know what EFT is. However, Parenting with Heart & Soul is so much more than that. FIY: EFT means Emotional Freedom Technique. While it is predominantly a ‘parenting’ book, a lot of the ideas it shares work on everyone. As I turned the pages of this parent’s guide to emotional freedom with EFT I realised that many of the concerns and issues we have for our boys (ages 7 & 5) were included, confirming a lot of what I already suspected. Kelly Burch has written in a way that explains the thinking and reactions of children and us parents in a way that everyone can relate to, along with possible reasons they may be acting/behaving in such a way. She talks about fears, being present, anxieties, eating, stress and much more. A very interesting read that is well worth its RRP $17.00.

Win

**As the winners are chosen based on skill and not chance; you will be sharing for 0 extra entries however I’d love you to share the giveaway with friends and family. Sharing is caring and karma loves kind people. **

GIVEAWAY HAS CLOSED!! Winners have been announced on the winners page.

While I will do my best to ensure everyone wins the prize they prefer, I cannot guarantee this will happen.

*Some prizes may not arrive prior to Christmas. This is out of my hands.

    The Tiger Tribe prize,
    for my little guy,
who loves to build and zoom and fly!

    He’d love the rainbow xylophone,
for making music on his own!

Imagine the tea parties with the Vintage set,
with Mum and siblings and possibly a pet!

For those in need this time of year,

Tiger Tribe is a company that I really respect when it comes to supplying good quality, creative and education toys. I have two little girls. One is a Tomboy and one is a Princess, and I can see how much they would love all the toys in the Tiger Tribe giveaway, especially the construction trucks and the tea set. I myself would be most excited about the colourful drum set. Being a musical family I could foresee many jamming sessions including piano, guitar and colourful drums! Thank you to All Mum’s Said and Merry Christmas to everyone on this wonderful blog!!

Upon further reflection, my Princess would probably love a Flutterbye Light Up Fairy. Perhaps it will be a consolation for her, since the disappointment when the day we took her on a “Ferry ride” not a “Fairy ride!”

Not to sound greedy, but, I WANT IT ALL! Please.
No really, it is hard to decide what I REALLY want from these amazing prizes.
I need a new bag as mine is on its last legs/ arms, I seldom get myself anything nice. and LOVE the red Emily Tote.
I could really use some of Kelly’s advice, based on your review I believe it would truly come in handy and be a great one to pass on to new mums too.
I also have a few friends with Bubs who would love me forever if I gave them a Mama Organiser AND a Tag blanket.
Who does not want Ultimate sleep for their kiddos (and themselves)? That pillow sounds like the answer to my prays.
The Flutterbye deluxe fairy light looks likes heaps of fun.
And just how good will I look is I gave my kids the amazing toys from Tiger Tribe. I mean seriously I could see myself and my husband playing with these on Christmas day. With our Children of corse!
How on earth does one choose? I will be happy with any of these amazing goodies.

I’m lucky to have some really great friends and we all have children about the same age. Again this year we’ve agreed not to buy each other’s kids a Christmas present as it gets too expensive, but I’d love to break the rule and wrap each one a Tiger Tribe gift. 7 gifts plus a Busy Builder for my son is perfect.

  18. Ali
    24/11/2014 / 5:33 pm

    Tiger tribe would be great,
Their toys here we highly rate,
    Quality, fun, play galore,

My little lady would love the vintage tea set,
Her dolls will have the best tea party yet,
Oh the excitement on Christmas when they get out of bed,
    Merry Christmas All Mum Said!

  29. Melinda
    24/11/2014 / 10:56 pm

Well the Tiger Tribe certainly looks like an awesome prize.

I would love to win this purely for the vintage tea set. My little poppet loves tea parties with her babies and dolls, trouble is that she uses the household tea cups, so far four have broken, countless tea spoons have gone in the bin by mistake and one broken saucer. Poppet blames the dolls. If I win this prize Milly the mini rag doll can come along too for the tea party.

Milly the rag doll, Millie my poppet and many baby dolls can enjoy tea and cake…

I’d definitely love to win the Vintage Tea Set because When I was about 3 years old someone gave me a child’s tea set, it was plastic with pretty bunnies and flowers painted on it and I loved it!

Dad was in the living room relaxing and watching the 6 o’clock news. I brought Dad a little cup of ‘tea’, (but it was really only water!) and after several cups of tea and lots of praise and thanks for the yummy tea, Dad called mum to come and see.

Dad made her wait in the living room so she would be surprised as she witnessed the super cute tea waitress! Mum waited, and sure enough, I came down the hall with a cup of tea for Dad; and she watched him drink it up.

Then she said, in quite a smug voice, “‘Did it ever occur to you that the only place she can reach to get water is the toilet!”

Pondering and I think my decision is done
The Emily Tote would be a treat
For my wife for Christmas to greet
I’d imagine red would be her pick
Like Rudolph’s nose, she’d shine and look chic

  63. 26/11/2014 / 8:16 pm

I really need anew best friend (i.e. a handbag). I’m down to two right now – one smells of banana that was left in it by a rather thoughtful child and the other is old and starting to fall apart. I have been a loyal best friend to them both and to their friends that have gone before them into the big handbag heaven in the sky but it’s time for me to move onto to something that doesn’t smell and isn’t about to fall apart!

What a wonderful array of Christmas give aways good luck to all that enter and thank you.

  72. 29/11/2014 / 10:58 pm

Oh, honestly. Those bags look ah-mazing. Why do I want to win? Because I would honestly never bring myself to spend that much money on myself! Don’t you find that you walk into a store, with an idea in mind of things you need for you, then walk out and find you’ve just spent a chunk of money on the kids and you didn’t get anything for yourself at all. Before you know it your stuff is falling apart because you never seem to get the chance to replace it and the kids have got so much more than what they need.

Long story, short – I just want something for me…for once 😉

  104. Sharyn
    06/12/2014 / 4:25 pm

Flutterby fairy for my gorgeous daughter,
as fairies are her favourite and bring her laughter,
she often gazes outside looking for them at night,
so this would be the closest she gets to them in real life,
‘moonstar blossom’ is the fairy name we have to call her by,
and if we don’t call her that she gets cranky or cries.

  105. Kara N
    07/12/2014 / 12:01 am

I would love to win the Tiger Tribe pack. My son absolutely loves music at the moment. I would love to help him discover sounds, patterns and colours with the rainbow xylophone. My son also has a strong interest in construction vehicles and enjoys watching trucks as they go past our house. I would love to provide my son with the safe and eco friendly busy builders, so that he can construct and deconstruct vehicles for himself. oh.. I would love the vintage tea set for my son to participate in imaginative and pretend play without the worry of broken china!

I have to carry around a fireman Sam backpack with me whenever my son and I go out, so I think some pretty-ness is on order.

While the hail smashed all her precious things and covered them with glass
My little tiger girl was so very brave, waiting for the storm to pass
Though desire’s strong for a brand new bag to tote upon my arm
It pales in comparison to the thanks I feel that our little tiger tribe stayed safe from harm.

  122. Belle F
    11/12/2014 / 9:53 pm

  140. Gemma Westacott Blair
    14/12/2014 / 11:55 pm

The Tiger Tribe pack would honestly be a dream!
At first I didn’t realise it was all one pack, it was only when I re-read the post that I realised you had ALL my kids favourite things in one amazing pack.
My little man would go crazy for the Busy Builders – he just loves trucks and diggers! We spend hours each week just watching the trucks go about their business on the new estate they are building near our house.
Being a typical boy, he also likes to make noise – usually lots if it! So it would be lovely if he could channel that enthusiasm into something even slightly musical with the rainbow xylophone.
My little miss is the opposite – quiet and loves all her little treasures and playing with her dolls. She would think the jewellry box was the best thing ever. Perfect for keeping her treasure safe from her brother! Lol. While I could see her happily playing with the teaset for hours. She’d likely create a cafe we’d all have to frequent, along with her teddy and dolls.
Pretty please – I love the quality of Tiger Tribes products & know my kids would get years of fun out of this amazing pack.
