WINNER ANNOUNCED – Rubi Merc

One of my closest friends is due with her second child in July. She is a single parent and would love to give her the opportunity to try if she needs it. I would have loved the opportunity to have had this available when I was breast feeding. Giving her some peace of mind and knowing she can have a break from baby.
I am a proud mama to my 2+ year old princess and breastfed her till 26 months as she wouldn’t have any bottles! This time though with bubba 2 due in October I plan to do things a bit differently – to still breastfeed but express and have bottles ready especially since I will be going back to work much earlier. This prize pack is just the very thing I need!
Thanks for hosting this amazing giveaway!
Thank you for a great competition…
I would love to win this for my daughter whom is due to have her baby this month.
This would make things so much easier for her as she has not had much luck due to
losing 2 stillborn babies.
Due to give birth in just few weeks, this sounds like just what I need!
I’m due in September and it’s been a long time between babies (6 years) so all my bottles are perished and this way – hubby can help out on night feeds
I’m due with my first bub in 8 weeks now!
This would be a lifesaver! I didn’t realise how much one little baby could cost!

I experienced difficulties when I was breastfeeding my son. My solution was breast pumps, such life saver. Now my bff is pregnant and she’s due in September, I want to give this to her. She’s a new mum and quite clueless to what she will need later on as a mum. Her family lives overseas, she came to Australia because of the husband so I would like to provide as much support as Icould for her.
I can’t think of a more functional way to breastfeed than too express and store the milk for when your little one is ready to be fed.
It’s hard to know exactly how much your baby is getting when breastfeeding, but using a breast pump changes that! You can control how much milk you are giving, and it also also gives the opportunity to test the quality of the milk you are producing if you feel it may be contaminated.
Having a pump and bottles on hand would be a very reassuring and comforting as there is always a risk that the baby may have trouble latching on. It would be nice to know that if it is the middle of the night and the baby won’t latch on, there is the option of expressing some milk and bottle feeding.
Worrying about what time you need to return because your baby needs to be fed, puts a total downer on babysitting. How much nicer would it be to know that you can finish grocery shopping while Grandma is feeding bub right after their nap?
For me, this pack would be a god send. It would mean that until solids are introduced, feeding my baby would be a costless process.
The best part is, breast pumps provide the functionality of bottle feeding, with the nutritional value of breast feeding!
i have a bub due in November. the doctors have told me because of my high blood pressure i will most likely have another premmie baby that will need to spend some time in the NICU (newborn intensive care unit). i will have to express breast milk for my bub to drink while in newborn care, that’s where the pump and bottles will come in handy….a necessity for any mum of a premmie baby.
I LOVE the Closer to Nature bottles. I use then to combination feed already and would love to boost my supply. They make it soooo easy to breast as well bottle feed. I’m at 4 months and have more than met my hopes of feeding thanks to Closer to Nature Bottles
I used these bottles with my baby and I absolutely love them, and my sister is having a baby soon, and I can’t think of a better gift from her sis…I know she would love tommee tipper too!
Thanks
The Closer to Nature Breast Pump would be my pick and would make expressing a breeze,
and teamed with this Bottle prize pack I would have all I need for baby’s feeds!
I like how the bottles are shaped so they are easy for baby to hold and drink,
To provide my baby food while im at work, out or need some ‘me’ time to think!
Its a wonder invention for all mums, to give them the freedom to catch a wink!
I am due to have my 3rd baby in just under 12 weeks and I really want to give breastfeeding a good go this time around. This prize would really be helpful in my breastfeeding quest. I had a lot of trouble with my 1st two babies and think that with the help of the closer to nature breast pump I am be more successful this time around.
These were the only bottles and pump that I could use when I had my baby and my second baby would only ever drink out of these and I would really love a new one as I have only ever had second hand stuff
I would love this for my friend expecting her first baby! She’s worried about breastfeeding so thought this might help her out!
We are having our first baby in January. I need this because I am not able to be a stay at home Mom and I will have to pump at work. I have done a lot of research on pumps and this one looks perfect!
I want to win because i’m a HUGE breastfeeding advocate who just found out she’s pregnant
My sister had a baby a week ago and is having serious problems nursing. The pump she’s using is awful! So I hope to win this and give it to her. Still trying to get baby to latch, though!
so that I can afford to nurse.
I would love to win this for baby #3 my pump isn’t working very well after baby #2
I’m expecting our third baby in November and my pump wasn’t living up to expectations after baby number 2. So a new pump is a must for me to breast feed this bub. I aim for 12 months but if this is our last I would like to keep feeding till 18mths if possible. This would help me with my goal and some new bottles would be fantastic as well.
Would love to win this prize have just found out I’m pregnant with bub number 3 going to have 3 under 3 so going to be one busy mummy and this prize would be so much help!
because any mumma too be or new mumma would love this
I have a new Niece, she is 6 weeks old and I know how much a gift of bottles and a breast pump would make to my sister in law.. it would take the pressure off at feed time. Love Madmummas
This would be the best gift any Grandma could give their new grandchilds parents. An excuse for me to have bubs for the day/evening so mum and dad could have some time to themselves
Being a mum is a yummy treat
Lovely hands & cute little feet
But all of that some hard things come
When feed a newborn is a challenge for mom
CTN (Closer to nature)manual Brest pump is the key
Mad mummas giving that to somebody
& I’m not so intelligent & not so wise
But if I won..! this would be the biggest prize.
This would be my ultimate prize to win at the moment. I have 2yo daughters who we relied on a breast pump enormously when they were little. I have lost ours in our move, and desperately need another for when our new little girl arrives in August. I found electric breast-pumps didn’t do a good job compared with manual ones.
The Closer to Nature manual pump was my favourite and always did a fantastic job. It helped me express milk so I could gain some sanity and get out of the house for lunch with my friends occasionally, and after all, what sleep deprived mummy doesn’t need a break!
This would be my ultimate prize to win and would really make life easier on an already sleep deprived mummy!
I’m expecting my first child and I think this would be really helpful for this new nursing mama!
breast feeding my 6 month old and 15 month old would be alot easier with these!
I’d love to win, I’m currently feeding my 3rd bub, trying to build up an expressed stash for when I return to work. Not sure if my current pump agrees with me, would love to try this one.
Thank you for the opportunity to enter.
I want to win one for my friend who is enjoying breastfeeding so much.
With a 3.5 month baby, a pump and bottles would be awesome to win. I have heard Closer to Nature is as close as you can get as being shaped like a breast. I just want to give the best to my daughter and I will be returning to work soon so this pack would make the transition to work so much easier.
A deserving mother
like my sister
needs all the support
from her sister
xx
Would lovc to win this to help with our baby on the way. With my first son I bought a breast pump from overseas which was too painful to use.
So he can get up for night feeds too
For selfish reasons, so other family members can help with feeds while I tend to other domestic chores that don’t stop needing attention just because new bub wants to be fed.
Even though my toddler is now 20 mths and I breastfeed him, I still pump once a day because my 5-yr-old loves drinking the breastmilk with her porridge in the morning, and I like to freeze some for my toddler so that he can have ‘milkypoles’ when he’s got teething pain.
i’d love to win this for my niece who is starting a family, it would give her a little freedom and break from feeds when need be
ooga booga
Just about to have first bub. Would live yo win this
I want to win this because my brother and sister in law are having their first baby next month. The pregnancy was a surprise, neither of them are working and they can’t afford a lot of the baby necessities right now. They were living in Florida and just moved back to the West Coast to be with family when the baby comes. And I want to help them.
My brother is looking for jobs while they are living with her parents, but things are tight. My sister in law wants to breast feed but has a ton of food allergies and is a little nervous about how it will work out. A pump would give them a lot of peace of mind and be a huge help to our family.
I am having my first precious bub in November and anything that will make things easier and less daunting will be a blessing…..I have heard really good things about the Closer to nature pump by those who have bravely gone before so would love the chance to make it part of my new adventure
I am thinking of returning to work
and with an already huge milk production –
I can imagine my boobs are going to go berserk!
The Closer to Nuture pump would be handy for sure,
to discreetly express behind closed office doors.
Then my little guy could have milk in lovely bottles ready to go,
and I would not be in any agony or have any leaky shows!
Would make a great addition to our growing collection of baby paraphernalia – now being put to use by newborn daughter – 4 days old today
A malfunctioning breast pump that went out with the Ark was my love/hate companion with my first born. What an ordeal. It seemed to take forever, the top didn’t fit on it properly and if you got waylaid or daydreamed you would find yourself covered in ‘liquid gold’ instead of this precious liquid going into the bottle. How it made me cry at times – after all I had worked so hard to make that milk – endured sleepless hours with a crying baby and had little to show for it at the end. Please, please ease my sanity. I couldn’t go through this another time. Especially since I ceremonially bade it farewell in the weekly rubbish pick up. And didn’t it make me feel good. But now of course the joke is on me, since I desperately need to reinvest in another. Help!!
After two rather unsuccessful stints at breast feeding, third time around I think I need all the help I can get
When one becomes a parent,
You soon learn your job is tough.
For a baby to grow and thrive,
Sometimes just love is not enough.
They need comfort, food and safety.
They need constant warmth and care.
And to help to guide my way,
I found an “item” to ease my fears.
It’s a brand I couldn’t parent without,
Provides my babe a way to thrive!
And that is why I really would love,
To win this AMAZING prize!
Closer To Nature Breast Pumps,
And their quality made milk bots.
Are number one for Mothers,
And perfect for your tots!
