Manuka Biotic Natural Skincare Range + Giveaway

Manuka Biotic Natural Skincare Range

manuka biotic

It is no secret that I am a sucker for body and or beauty products.
So naturally I couldn’t say no to trying the new body lotion and body wash from Manuka Biotic and I wasn’t disappointed!

Manuka Biotic range

I tried two products from the Manuka Biotic range and both were equally amazing. The range consists of seven products and includes: shampoo and conditioner, face cleanser, body lotion, body wash and light day cream.
I have been testing out the body wash and body lotion.

manuka biotic

Manuka Oil and its benefits

I had never heard of Manuka Oil before using these products but it has been used for centuries by the Maori people in New Zealand. The antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiviral components help the body to repair and rejuvenate while keeping the skin clear of bacteria that causes eczema, acne and blemishes.

The Manuka Biotic range is perfect for normal and sensitive skin, even those that are prone to allergies or suffer skin conditions. These products are made with certified organic Manuka Oil, contain no added fragrances and offer effective relief from skin grievances.

Manuka Biotic

Manuka Biotic Body Lotion

Made from natural ingredients including Jojoba and Shea butter, this lotion nourishes and moisturises the skin. You only need to apply to a small amount as a little spreads a long way and unlike many other body lotions, this doesn’t make your skin oily. It soaks into the skin, not as quick as I would like because I am impatient but it doesn’t just sit on top of the skin which is great.

Manuka Biotic

Manuka Biotic Body Wash

I love this body wash because it left my skin feeling fresh and revitalised. With a simple lather my body was clean and skin was hydrated. I cannot fault this particular product as it is easy to use, natural ingredients and affordable.

I will be honest and say the scent took me a little by surprise. I typically prefer fruity or sweet smelling products and this one has a very ‘natural’ smell. It isn’t unpleasant, it isn’t strong, it just isn’t what I’m used to.

Overall I am very impressed with these products and would definitely use them again. If you would like to give them a try or learn about the other products in the range, visit the Manuka Biotic website.

I look for a product that is safe and gentle so my child doesn’t feel worse when the cream touches his skin. Affordable is also important but if it works best I’ll pay more.

I have a very strong cancer history in my family so I am very mindful of not adding products that are full of nasty chemicals to my skin. Products that use natural products that have been gifted to us from nature are top of my list. Products that will be gentle and not strip my sensitive skin. Products that are not tested on animals as there is nothing beautiful in harming animals.

  31. Lyn SC
    18/04/2016 / 9:38 pm

Firstly I look for an ethnically sourced product, then the boxes that need to be ticked are – doesn’t make my skin more oily, it also needs to be affordable ( or hubby cuts it first from budgeting ), it needs to be easily applied ( none of this 45 min daily treatment stuff ) and lastly…. it needs to actually work!! It’s always a bonus if it has an easily removable lid 🙂 🙂 🙂

  32. Melissa K
