5th wedding anniversary

Today marks 5 years of marriage and 5th wedding anniversary for Mr C and myself. 5 whole years. We have actually been together for 12 years; I was 15 when we first decided to be boyfriend and girlfriend and it feels like a lifetime ago. (That makes me 27 years old now for those who are currently doing the maths.) I say it feels like a lifetime ago because so much has happened in those 12 years. We have moved nine times including an interstate move where we knew absolutely no one, had 3 feral beautiful children (still have them somewhere actually), we built a house and somewhere along the way we got married. Today we are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in style, the exact same way we have for the past 3 (maybe even 4) years. I will be at home with the kids and he will be at…

10 Reasons You Should Have More Orgasms

Have more orgasms? We have all heard that there are many benefits to having orgasms or maybe your partner has told you this and you thought they were lying through the skin of their teeth. Well it’s true! There are so many wonderful reasons why you should be having more of them. I am going to share my top 10 with you below – some you will have heard and some maybe not. Pregnancy is not all glamour and perfect glowing skin. I know many expectant mothers are under the illusion that pregnancy brings so many wonderful experiences and benefits. I’ll admit it does bring with it some of the most amazing experiences a woman could ever imagine however it doesn’t always come with no strings attached. I’ve personally learnt that sometimes you do really have to take the good with the bad and learn to accept the changes that have occurred; things that may never be the same again.  A friend of mine was expecting nothing but radiant glowing skin, a perfectly round belly and complete and utter joy. This was not the case for her and I’m sure many other women out there are expecting one thing but end up experiencing something completely different. Mood swings, the amount of changes to her body, lack of sex drive and being uncomfortable are…

Embarrassed to Perfection!

You know that moment your child says something that embarrasses you so much you just want crawl away somewhere and die hide? Most of us have had it happen more than once. My boys have been shockers for it but I must admit they have given me some pretty good stories over the years.   The most recent one being when they discovered sanitary pads; yep now you know it’s going to be good! It all started with the sound of mischievous laughter coming inside my bathroom. I walked in to discover that they got a kick out of sticking the pads all over the walls, shower screen and each other. They were discussing through giggles what the awesome sticky things were and came to the conclusion they were nappies. I told them they were not nappies but that sometimes mummy gets ‘sick’ and they help her get better. They…
